CHRIST CHURCH WELCOMES CHILDREN

Tiddlers Toddlers

Toddler Group meets every Friday in the Vestry Hall from 1.30 - 2.45, £1.00 per family. All welcome. Come along & have a cup of tea whilst your children play! A chance to meet other people.

The Net @ Christ Church

Families with children are especially invited to our 10:00 am Sunday service. Parents are welcome to keep their children with them in church and The Net provides activities and learning in a fun atmosphere for youngsters. For the very young this takes the form of a creche activities, at which parents are encouraged to stay with their children at the back of church.

Between the creche age and school year 8, there are usually age based activities in the Vestry Hall for some part of the service. Parents are welcome to sit in with their children if they wish.

Young people in school year 9 and above take their part in the service in church. They also meet as the 13+ group on alternate Sunday evenings, for Fun, Faith and Food!

As a general rule the first Sunday in each month is an all-age service at 10:00 am for which parents are invited to attend with their families. For the very young a creche is always provided. The Net @ Christ Church operates throughout the year. During school holidays special activities are provided.

13+ Group

These are usually held on the first and third Sunday of the month, 7.45pm - 9.15pm at someone's home. Over the past year they have enjoyed BBQ's, pizza and craft nights, games and film evenings as well as having guest speakers. Food is a must each time with drinks and nibbles available. Teenage friends are always welcome and it's a great way to relax and chat with other young people.
